Password : The date of birth in DDMMYYYY format will be password.

Functions of this Application is :

 To capture Photographs of the Examiner with Principal & Geo
Parameters of the location.
(This activity must be executed using MOBILE data only, in order to
verify the Geo location of the Examiner. The software will not permit
the external examiner to use this application beyond specific distance
from the already registered Geo Location of the School).

 To upload the marks obtained by the candidates.

(To upload the marks obtained by the candidates, the External Examiner
must log-in using the Mobile Data in order to verify Geo parameters
of the location. However, if the External Examiner opt to use desktop
or Laptop then the Mobile Data must be kept ON and it must be
connected with the Desktop or Laptop thru Mobile Hot Spot).
 To upload any observation / complaint regarding conduct of examination.
(The external examiners will have the privilege to upload any specific
observations / complaint / suggestions regarding the conduct of Practical
exams. This activity can be executed thru any media i.e. Mobile, Laptop
or Desktop, and there will NOT be any location restrictions for this
particular activity.)

IMPORTANT ADVISORY
This application is strictly for the operations/execution at
the designated Exam Centers only. Every time when the
user log-in using log-in credentials, the system will ask
to capture Geo parameters of the location, and will
match it with the already registered Geo parameters of
the Exam Center. If the difference in distance is found
beyond the Board’s specified limits, the system will
automatically abort the process. Hence, the external
examiners are advised to operate this application in the
premises of the Exam Centers only.

 File will be downloaded

 Click on OPEN (for downloaded file)

Note : Mobile App for capturing the photograph & Geo parameters
ONCE installed on a mobile phone is NOT to be downloaded/installed
subsequent times. It will continue to work as long as needed &
available on your mobile phone, till the Practical Exams are over. When
the App is successfully installed, a icon named as “UP2026-V1” will
appear in your Mobile phone’s screen.

 After the mobile App is installed, CLICK on the App’s icon,

The user will be prompted with EXAMINER LOGIN PAGE;
Enter your log-in credentials (user-id & password).

 After the successful log-in, the examiner will be prompted with

App’s Home Page, & there will be THREE options i.e.
HOME, REPORTS & CAPTURE-IMAGE.

 Here first phase of the External Examiner i.e. downloading &

installation of Mobile App is accomplished.
PROCEDURE TO UPLOAD MARKS OF THE CANDIDATES

 A new window will be opened for Log-in

 Log-in using your log-in credentials (user-id & password)

 The details of centers/schools allotted to examiner will be displayed

here.

 The External Examiners have to select from the list of Centers allotted
to them, If there are more than one Center.

 First of all, the Examiner has to select “CAPTURE-IMAGE” for the

verification of the location.

 Give permissions for Camera, Location & Folder etc.

 Focus Camera manually for clear picture

 Photo preview will be available.

 Click on “CAPTURE-IMAGE”

 Click on “UPLOAD-IMAGE”

 The message will be displayed by the System “PHOTOGRAPH

UPLOADED”

 The user can check the photograph uploaded along with Geo
parameters.

 Select “Mulyankan”

 The system will check & verify the currently captured Geo parameters
with already registered Geo parameters of the Exam Center, and in case
the distance between the two is found beyond Board’s specified limit, a
message will be display by the system as “PRESENT LOCATION IS
OUT OF BOUND, PLEASE REPORT AT THE CORRECT LOCATION”,
and system will not allow the user to proceed further.

 If the distance is found within specified limits, then the system will
display roll no wise all candidates of selected set of candidates.

 The system will allow the user to upload the marks for a maximum of
80 candidates per day only. For the remaining candidates, if any, the
External Examiner will have to log-in on the next day.

 The user will have to select a maximum of 80 candidates from the set
of candidates allotted to them.

 Click on the button “UPLOAD-MARKS”

 The user will have to upload the marks obtained subject to marks
validation (valid Marks are between 00 to Maximum Marks, “AA” or
“AAA” for absentees; “TR” for transfer cases; and “UM” or “UFM”
for Unfair means cases).

 After completing the table, the system will again open the window to
upload the marks obtained for the same set of candidates to ensure the
accuracy levels. In case of any discrepancy/mismatch, the system will
display both the marks, uploaded earlier in the first pass and uploaded
in the second pass, and will provide the access to the examiner to
 correct the wrongly uploaded marks. The system will NOT accept if
there is any mismatch in marks uploading during first pass and second
pass.

 When the uploaded marks are found correct in all respect, a button will
appear as “FINAL-SUBMIT” and user will have to click on this button.

 Subsequently the data/marks uploaded by the user will be transferred &

saved to the server and cannot be modified. However, the user will
have the option to download/print the checklist of the marks uploaded.

 Select “Sheekayat-Sujhaav” option

 The External Examiner will be provided with a box whereby they can
write their observations/complaints. Alternatively, they can also write the
observation/Complaint on a paper and upload its image thru the browser.

 Click on the button “SAVE-OBSERVATION”.

 The contents of the observation/complaints shall be uploaded on the

server and will be forwarded to the Secretary or Regional Secretaries of
the Board.

 A message confirming receipt of observation shall be displayed.

Important : This particular activity do not verify the location of the examiner.

The Internal Examiners/Principal shall log-in to the school portal using their
respective login credentials (user-id & password).

After successful log-in, they will find a link labeled as

“Upload-Practical-Marks”.

Upon clicking the option, the Internal Examiner will be prompted to select
the set of candidates for whom the practical exam has been conducted by
the External Examiner. It must be ensured that the selected set of candidates
is exactly the same as the set chosen by the External Examiner. The
objective is to complete the practical examination process for a particular
set of candidates in its entirety, i.e. marks must be uploaded by both the
External Examiner and Internal Examiner for the same set of candidates.

Since the maximum number of the candidates to be examined has been

fixed at 80, this limit shall equally apply to the Internal Examiners.
It is hereby informed that all examiners are now required to upload the
TWICE. The system will display the mark-entry sheets two times. After
completion of marks uploading in the first sheet, the system will temporarily
hide the entered marks and open the second sheet. During the marks
uploading in the second sheet, the system will automatically match the
marks with those entered in the first sheet. In case of any mismatch, the
system will generate an alert and display both entries, allowing the
examiners to correct the incorrectly entered marks. The system will save the
marks only when there is complete agreement between the first and the
second entries. This process has been implemented to ensure total accuracy
in marks uploading by the examiners.

It is also mandatory that the Internal Examiners uploads marks for the entire
set of candidates. In case, any candidate is left out, the Internal Examiner
will not be permitted to upload the pending marks on the following day,
and full responsibility for such omission shall rest solely with the Internal
Examiners.
