Datos publicados por la UNICEF para México en 2021 más 4 millones de niños, niñas y
adolescentes de bajos recursos no asisten a la escuela; cerca de 600 mil están en riesgo
de desertar por diversos factores económicos, sociales y sanitarios. Como consecuencia el
abandono se atribuye potencialmente a la necesidad económica que viven las familias en
las que desescolarizan a los hijos e hijas para insertarlos a la fuerza laboral y apoyen con el
sustento diario.
Bajo estas circunstancias nace el proyecto de crear internados IPCM (Internado para la
Comunidad Mexicana)., el cual sienta sus bases en la instalación y adecuación de espacios
autosustentables para atender a niños y niñas de nivel educativo básico ( preescolar hasta
secundari) de comunidades vulnerables de bajos recursos, con convocatoria abierta a hijos
de empleados de aquellas empresas donadoras. Para el adecuado funcionamiento y
operatividad de esto centros se aprovecharán los recursos de instituciones
gubernamentales como la SEP y colegios, fundaciones, empresas mexicanas socialmente
responsables, empresas transnacionales instaladas en el país así como filántropos que
coadyuven a construir la educación sin barreras.
Los internados podrán ser sostenidos con recursos físicos, materiales y humanos que
sumen a este proyecto por ejemplo:
Seguros GNP con su programa Gol por México podría proporciona becas de excelencia
académica, instalación de bibliotecas y equipamiento para nuestros internados.
Fundación Slim podría contribuir con diversos insumos técnicos y materiales e impartición
de cursos de formación.
Herdez y la Costeña con el programada de donación de canastas de alimento
medicamentos, de higiene y limpieza para la así instalar los comedores pudiendo contar con
nutricionista que diseñe dietas adecuadas..
Rotoplas aa traves de su fundación proveería de acceso a agua para uso humano, con
ayuda de sistemas de captación pluvial.
Esto por mencionar algunas empresas que con su aporte se tenga la base material del
espacio para contar con comedor, habitaciones, aulas de estudio, tecnología y patios de
esparcimiento como de cultivo.
En cuanto al recurso educativo se está pensando impartir docencia con aquellos
estudiantes de escuelas normales superiores. Por su parte ellos tendrían el beneficio de
liberar servicio social y con posibilidad de extender por un periodo de 6 meses más
prácticas profesionales y acceder al programa de becarios (por medio de donativos de
fundaciones).
Para aquellos padres y madres que no cuenten con un empleo, podrán ser parte de la
planta laboral del internado. Podrán pagar con horas de servicio comunitarion (por ejemplo,
realizar limpieza, preparar alimentos, apoyo de conserjería, vigilancia, asistentes) para que
sus hijos tengan acceso a educación y garantizar también el acceso a los alimentos. Por su
parte estos empleados también garantizaría el acceso a alimentos y talleres técnicos que
permitan la inserción al campo laboral. Tanto padres como niños y niñas tendrán acceso a
recibir capacitación para poder desarrollar un oficio a lo largo de su vida académica de
acuerdo a su nivel educativo como: carpintero, herrero, pintor, cerrajero, plomero, entre
otras. con objetivo de lograr obtener una cédula en cierto campo de conocimiento. Esto se
podría lograr a través de certificaciones de programas SEP Conocer y CECATIS avaladas
por la Secretaría de Educación de nuestro país.
El concepto de los internados se fundamenta en crear espacios sustentables para la
enseñanza del cultivo y cosecha de chayote, papa cebolla, espinaca, acelga, tomate,
calabaza, frijol, haba, lenteja y garbanzo . Se cuentan con varias universidades como
Chapingo que aplicando el modelo de liberación de servicio social y prácticas profesionales
sirven de instrucción y formación para la comunidad de internados. Los cultivos serán para
el autoconsumo y en caso de haber un excedente se pueda comercializar a menor escala y
se captación de recursos sirva de reinversión para el cultivo. También se tiene por objetivo
que aquellos desechos que se produzcan dentro de la institución llevarán un riguroso
sistema de reutilización, reducción y reciclaje, para poder realizar la venta de vidrio, plástico
y cartón.
Las empresas donadoras se verían beneficiadas no solo por la parte social, también se
vería favorecidas de contar con el recurso humano preparado para poder colaborar en el
futuro con el quehacer de cada una de ellas. A nivel nacional podríamos incluso mejorar el
nivel y calidad de vida de los niños y niñas en situación vulnerable. La educación es la mejor
arma para poder enfrentar las adversidades de la vida.

responsible Mexican companies, transnational companies established in the country, as well
as philanthropists who contribute to building education without barriers will be used.
The boarding schools can be supported with physical, material and human resources that
contribute to this project, for example:
Seguros GNP with its Gol por Mexico program could provide scholarships for academic
excellence, installation of libraries and equipment for our boarding schools.
Fundación Slim could contribute with various technical and material inputs and training
courses.
Herdez and La Costeña with the programmed donation of food baskets, medicines, hygiene
and cleaning products for the installation of the dining halls and a nutritionist to design
adequate diets.
Rotoplas through its foundation would provide access to water for human use, with the help
of rainwater harvesting systems.
This is just to mention some of the companies that with their contribution will provide the
material basis for the space to have a dining room, rooms, classrooms, technology and
playgrounds for recreation and cultivation.
As for the educational resources, we are thinking of teaching students from higher normal
schools. For their part they would have the benefit of releasing social service and with the
possibility of extending for a period of 6 months more professional practices and access to
the scholarship program (through donations from foundations).
For those parents who do not have a job, they will be able to be part of the internship staff.
They will be able to pay with community service hours (e.g., cleaning, food preparation,
janitorial support, security, assistants) so that their children have access to education and
also guarantee access to food. For their part, these employees would also guarantee access
to food and technical workshops that would allow them to enter the labor market. Both
parents and children will have access to receive training to be able to develop a trade
throughout their academic life according to their educational level, such as: carpenter,
blacksmith, painter, locksmith, plumber, among others, with the objective of obtaining a
certificate in a certain field of knowledge. This could be achieved through certifications of
SEP Conocer and CECATIS programs endorsed by the Ministry of Education of our country.
The concept of the internships is based on creating sustainable spaces for teaching the
cultivation and harvesting of chayote, potato, onion, spinach, chard, tomato, squash, beans,
broad beans, lentils and chickpeas. There are several universities, such as Chapingo, that
apply the model of social service and professional internships to provide instruction and
training for the internship community. The crops will be for self-consumption and if there is a
surplus, they can be marketed on a smaller scale and the resources collected will be used to
reinvest in the crop. It is also intended that the waste produced within the institution will be
subject to a rigorous system of reuse, reduction and recycling, in order to be able to sell
glass, plastic and cardboard.
Donor companies would benefit not only from the social aspect, but also from having the
human resources prepared to collaborate in the future with the work of each one of them. At
a national level, we could even improve the level and quality of life of children in vulnerable
situations. Education is the best weapon to be able to face life's adversities.
