TRUCOS:
⭐ Present Simple + Present Continuous
Regla de oro: presente general vs presente ahora mismo.
Truco:
• I usually walk to school, but today I’m taking the bus.
Fórmula mental:
SIEMPRE → simple
AHORA → continuous
⭐ “Will” + “Be going to”
Predicciones sin evidencia vs predicciones con evidencia.
Truco:
Oh, the phone is ringing — I’ll answer it!
Look at those clouds — it’s going to rain.
Fórmula mental:
DECISIÓN INSTANTÁNEA → will
PLAN / EVIDENCIA → going to
⭐ Future Simple + Future Continuous
Truco:
• Future simple (will) = algo puntual
• Future continuous = escena futura, algo que estará pasando
Ejemplo:
• I’ll call you at 6. (acción puntual)
• At 6, I’ll be driving. (estaré en medio de una acción)
Fórmula mental:
PUNTO → will
PROCESO → will be + ing
⭐ Future Continuous + Future Perfect
Progreso vs acción ya terminada.
Truco:
• Future continuous = qué estarás haciendo
• Future perfect = qué habrás terminado
Ejemplos:
• This time next week, I’ll be working in London.
• By next week, I’ll have finished the project.
Fórmula mental:
“Durante” → will be + ing
“Antes de / para” → will have + participio
⭐ Past Simple + Present Perfect
Pasado cerrado vs pasado conectado al presente.
Truco ultra rápido:
• Si usas just, yet, already, ever, never, normalmente → Present Perfect.
• Si dices yesterday, last week, in 2010, → Past Simple.
⭐ Past Simple + Present Perfect
