una acción que está pasando en el momento presente.

Para formar una oración con esta palabra debemos utilizar el auxiliar to be que en su
forma presente cambia.

PLANNING MY VACATION

Hello, friend, it's so nice to talk to you today. I'm feeling so happy because I'm
planning my vacation. Can you imagine going to a beautiful place to rest and enjoy life?
That's wonderful!. What will you do if you wish to take some vacations?... well, let me
tell you what I'm going to do... Next week I'm going to start saving some money for my
trip, and at the same time I'll be applying for my passport because I want to be ready
when the time comes. By November I'll be visiting the colombian consulate to get my
visa. I know that if i do what I need to do I'll be flying by December.

I have a friend working for a travel agency. He will help me to choose the airline to fly
there, and he will give me a good discount for my tickets.

I already know the place to go. Just figure it out, my friend... it's a wonderful city!; known
in the whole world... Cartagena city...in south America; this is one of the most
beautiful cities, it has wonderful beaches and nice hotels where you can stay without
problems... I know that people there speak spanish, that's why next month I'm going
to be learning Spanish at the institute near my house, so by the time I make the trip, I
figure, I'll be speaking just enough to communicate with people there.

I'm planning to be there for two weeks, so my idea is that when I get there, I'll rent a
car, that will give me the opportunity to save time and money when I visit the
historical places in Cartagena, because Cartagena is full of history... Oh! There is
something that I have to tell you. I'm going to celebrate my birthday there. That's the
best gift I'm going to give me... what do you think?...
