medio de la presente autorizo a:

- Felipe De Jesús Cruz Trochez
Para que actúen como representantes autorizados de la Embajada de Honduras
en el reclutamiento de personas para visas de trabajo H-2A y H-2B en los
Estados Unidos.
DETALLES DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN
- Los señores Hernaldo Manueles Hernández y Santos Majano están
autorizados para realizar las siguientes actividades:
- Reclutar personas que cumplan con los requisitos para las visas de trabajo H
-2A y H-2B.
- Proporcionar información y asistencia a los solicitantes sobre el proceso de
visa.
- Actuar en nombre de la Embajada de Honduras en todas las cuestiones
relacionadas con el reclutamiento y selección de candidatos.
VIGENCIA
Esta autorización tiene una vigencia de 1 año a partir de la fecha de emisión.

1. Trabajar únicamente para el empleador que solicitó su visa y que se especifica en su
petición aprobada (8 CFR 214.2(h)(6)(i)(B)).
2. Ocupar solamente el puesto específico para el cual se aprueba su visa (INA Sección
101(a)(15)(H)(ii)(b)).
3. No trabajar más allá de la fecha de expiración de su visa (8 CFR 214.2(h)(13)(i)(A)).
4. Mantener un estatus legal válido durante toda su estadía en los Estados Unidos (INA
Sección 237(a)(1)(C)(i)).
5. Cumplir con todas las leyes federales, estatales y locales aplicables, incluyendo las
leyes laborales y tributarias (8 CFR 214.2(h)(6)(i)(B)).
El USCIS, en colaboración con el DOS, el CBP, el ICE y el DOL, se compromete a
