-NUEVOS REQUISITOS SANITARIOS DE ENTRADA EN ESPAÑA A PARTIR DEL 7 DE JUNIO-
Viajo a España desde Turquía, ¿qué requisitos de entrada tengo?
1) Con certificado de vacunación
Si viaja desde Turquía a partir del 7 de junio, se le permitirá la entrada si cuenta con un certificado de vacunación expedido
por las autoridades competentes de Turquía a partir de los 14 días posteriores a la fecha de administración de la última dosis necesaria
para completar el ciclo de vacunación. Las vacunas admitidas serán las autorizadas por la Agencia Europea del Medicamento o aquellas
que hayan completado el proceso de uso de emergencia de la Organización Mundial de la Salud. En estos momentos estas vacunas son
las producidas por Pfizer-Biontech, Moderna, Astra-Zeneca, Jansen/Johnson&Johnson, Sinovac y Sinopharm.
El certificado de vacunación, redactado en español, inglés, francés o alemán, deberá incluir al menos la siguiente información:
1. Nombre y apellido del titular
2. Fecha de vacunación, indicando la fecha de la última dosis administrada
3. Tipo de vacuna administrada
4. Número de dosis administradas/pauta completa
5. País emisor
6. Identificación del organismo emisor del certificado de vacunación
Los certificados deberán estar redactados en español, inglés, francés o alemán. En el caso de no ser posible obtenerlo en estos
idiomas, el documento acreditativo deberá ir acompañado de una traducción al español realizada por un organismo oficial.
2) Sin certificado de vacunación
Si no dispone de certificado de vacunación, solo se le permitirá la entrada en España, como hasta ahora, si su caso está
contemplado como una de las excepciones siguientes:
a) Residentes habituales en la Unión Europea, Estados asociados Schengen, Andorra, Mónaco, El Vaticano (Santa Sede) o
San Marino que se dirijan a ese país, acreditándolo documentalmente.
b) Titulares de un visado de larga duración expedido por un Estado miembro o Estado asociado Schengen que se dirijan a
ese país.
c) Profesionales de la salud, incluidos investigadores sanitarios, y profesionales del cuidado de mayores que se dirijan o regresen de
ejercer su actividad laboral.
d) Personal de transporte, marinos y el personal aeronáutico necesario para llevar a cabo las actividades de transporte
aéreo.
e) Personal diplomático, consular, de organizaciones internacionales, militares, de protección civil y miembros de
organizaciones humanitarias, en el ejercicio de sus funciones.
f) Estudiantes que realicen sus estudios en los Estados miembros o Estados asociados Schengen y que dispongan del
correspondiente permiso o visado para estancia de larga duración, siempre que se dirijan al país donde cursan sus estudios, y que la
entrada se produzca durante el curso académico o los 15 días previos. Si el destino es España y la duración de la estancia es de hasta
90 días, se deberá acreditar que los estudios se realizan en un centro de enseñanza autorizado en España, inscrito en el correspondiente
registro administrativo, siguiendo durante esta fase un programa de tiempo completo y presencial, y que conduzca a la obtención de un
título o certificado de estudios.
g) Trabajadores altamente cualificados cuya labor sea necesaria y no pueda ser pospuesta o realizada a distancia,
incluyendo los participantes en pruebas deportivas de alto nivel que tengan lugar en España. Estas circunstancias se deberán justificar
documentalmente.
h) Personas que viajen por motivos familiares imperativos debidamente acreditados.
i) Personas que acrediten documentalmente motivos de fuerza mayor o situación de necesidad, o cuya entrada se permita por
motivos humanitarios.
j) Residentes en los terceros países que figuran en el anexo siempre que procedan directamente de ellos, hayan transitado
exclusivamente por otros países incluidos en la lista o hayan realizado únicamente tránsitos internacionales en aeropuertos situados en
países que no constan en el anexo. En el caso de los residentes en China, la Región Administrativa Especial (RAE) de Hong Kong y la
RAE de Macao, queda pendiente de verificar la reciprocidad.
Además, deberá aportar uno de los dos certificados siguientes:
a) Certificado de diagnóstico: prueba negativa PCR o similar (tipo NAAT), o test negativo de antígeno de los incluidos
en la lista común de la Comisión Europea ([Link] expedidos en las 48
horas anteriores a la llegada a España, con la siguiente información:
1. Nombre y apellido del titular.
2. Fecha de la toma de la muestra.
3. Tipo de test realizado.

b) Certificado de recuperación (prueba de que se ha superado la enfermedad): expedidos por la autoridad competente o por
un servicio médico como mínimo 11 días después de la realización de la primera prueba diagnóstica tipo NAAT (PCR, TMA, LAMP y
similares) con resultado positivo. La validez del certificado finalizará a los 180 días a partir de la fecha de la toma de la muestra. Deberá
incluir al menos la siguiente información:
1. Nombre y apellido del titular.
2. Fecha de la toma de la muestra del primer test diagnóstico positivo para SARS-CoV-2.
3. Tipo de test NAAT realizado.
4. País emisor.
Los certificados deberán estar redactados en español, inglés, francés o alemán. En el caso de no ser posible obtenerlo en estos
idiomas, el documento acreditativo deberá ir acompañado de una traducción al español realizada por un organismo oficial.
INFORMACIÓN SOBRE MENORES DE EDAD
Menores procedentes del Espacio UE/Schengen:
- Menores de 12 años: exentos de presentar ningún tipo de certificación.
- Menores de 12 a 18 años: deberán disponer de cualquiera de los 3 certificados aceptados (vacunación, test negativo o
superación de la enfermedad)
Menores procedentes de países terceros:
- Menores de 12 años: exentos de presentar ningún tipo de certificación.
- Menores de 12 a 18 años: si viajan amparados en una de las causas excepcionales de la OM 552 deberán disponer de
cualquiera de los 3 certificados aceptados (vacunación, test negativo o superación de la enfermedad) .En cambio, si la causa
justificativa del viaje es la excepción contemplada en el apartado k) de la citada OM (viajes no esenciales de personas
vacunadas) deberán aportar el certificado de vacunación.
¿Qué documentación/formulario debo rellenar?
Todos los pasajeros que lleguen a España vía aérea o marítima, incluidos los que estén en tránsito y los menores de 6 años,
deberán cumplimentar antes de su salida un formulario de control sanitario a través de la web [Link] o de la app
Spain Travel Health. La cumplimentación del formulario genera un código QR individualizado que el viajero deberá presentar a las
compañías de transporte antes del embarque, así como en los controles sanitarios en el punto de entrada a España.
¿En qué consisten los controles sanitarios a la llegada?
Incluirán al menos toma de temperatura mediante termómetros sin contacto o por cámaras termográficas; un control documental y un
control visual sobre el estado del pasajero. Los pasajeros con un Certificado COVID Digital de la UE y aquellos procedentes de países no
considerados de riesgo (tanto europeos como de terceros países) obtendrán un código QR FAST CONTROL que da acceso a unos
controles sanitarios más ágiles, ya que no tendrán que mostrar el certificado ni en el embarque ni en el control sanitario a la llegada.
Ante la confirmación o sospecha de que un pasajero pueda padecer COVID-19 se activarán los protocolos establecidos de comunicación
con los servicios sanitarios de las Comunidades Autónomas para su derivación y seguimiento.

I AM TRAVELING TO SPAIN FROM TURKEY, WHAT ARE MY ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
1) With vaccination certificate
If you are traveling from Turkey to Spain after June 7, you will be allowed entry if you have a vaccination certificate issued by the
competent authorities of Turkey from 14 days after the date of administration of the last dose necessary to complete the vaccination cycle.
The accepted vaccines will be those authorized by the European Medicines Agency or those that have completed the emergency use
process of the World Health Organization. Currently these vaccines are those produced by Pfizer-Biontech, Moderna, Astra-Zeneca,
Jansen / Johnson & Johnson, Sinovac and Sinopharm.
The vaccination certificate, written in Spanish, English, French or German, must include at least the following information:
1. Name and surname of the holder
2. Date of vaccination, indicating the date of the last dose administered
3. Type of vaccine administered
4. Number of doses administered / complete regimen
5. Issuing country
6. Identification of the issuing body of the vaccination certificate
The certificates must be written in Spanish, English, French or German. If it is not possible to obtain it in these languages, the
supporting document must be accompanied by a translation into Spanish carried out by an official translator.
Children under 6 years of age accompanying vaccinated adults can enter without any special requirements. Children between 6 and
16 years old accompanying vaccinated adults must present their own vaccination certificate or certificate of negative diagnostic test or
certificate of recovery.
2) No vaccination certificate
If you do not have a vaccination certificate, you will only be allowed to enter Spain, as before, if your case is considered as one of the
following exceptions:
a) Ordinary residents of the European Union, Schengen Associated States, Andorra, Monaco, The Vatican (Holy See) or San Marino
who travel to that country, accrediting it with documentation.
b) Holders of a long-stay visa issued by a Member State or Schengen Associated State who are heading to that country.
c) Health professionals, including health researchers, and elderly care professionals who are heading to or returning from their work
activity.
d) Transport personnel, seafarers and aeronautical personnel necessary to carry out transport activities.
e) Diplomatic and consular personnel, of international organizations, military, civil protection and members of humanitarian
organizations, in the exercise of their functions.
f) Students who carry out their studies in the Member States or Schengen Associated States and who have the corresponding permit
or visa for long-term stay, provided that they go to the country where they are studying, and that the entry occurs during the academic
year or the previous 15 days. If the destination is Spain and the duration of the stay is up to 90 days, it must be proven that the studies are
carried out in an authorized teaching center in Spain, registered in the corresponding administrative registry, following a full-time program
during this phase and in person, and that leads to obtaining a degree or certificate of studies.
g) Highly qualified workers whose work is necessary and cannot be postponed or carried out remotely, including participants in high-
level sports events that take place in Spain. These circumstances must be justified by documentary evidence.
h) Persons traveling for duly accredited imperative family reasons.
i) People who document reasons of force majeure or need, or whose entry is allowed for humanitarian reasons.
j) Residents of third countries listed in the annex provided that they come directly from them, have transited exclusively through other
countries included in the list or have only carried out international transits at airports located in countries not listed in the annex. In the
case of residents of China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) and Macao SAR, reciprocity remains to be verified.
In addition, you must provide one of the following two certificates:
a) Diagnostic certificate: negative PCR test or similar (NAAT type), or negative antigen test from those included in the common list of
the European Commission ([Link] / devices # form_content), issued within 48 hours prior to arrival
in Spain, with the following information:
1. Name and surname of the owner.
2. Date of sample collection.
3. Type of test performed.
4. Issuing country.
b) Recovery certificate (proof that the disease has been overcome): issued by the competent authority or by a medical service at least
11 days after the first diagnostic test type NAAT (PCR, TMA, LAMP and similar) with positive result. The validity of the certificate will end
180 days from the date the sample is taken. You must include at least the following information:
1. Name and surname of the owner.
2. Date of collection of the sample of the first positive diagnostic test for SARS-CoV-2.
3. Type of NAAT test performed.
4. Issuing country.

The certificates must be written in Spanish, English, French or German. If it is not possible to obtain it in these languages, the

INFORMATION ON MINORS
• Minors from the EU / Schengen Area:
- Children under 12 years old: exempt from presenting any type of certification.
- Minors from 12 to 18 years old: they must have any of the 3 accepted certificates (vaccination, negative test or overcoming
the disease)
• Minors from third countries:
- Children under 12 years old: exempt from presenting any type of certification.
- Minors from 12 to 18 years old: if they travel under one of the exceptional causes of OM 552, they must have any of the 3
accepted certificates (vaccination, negative test or overcoming the disease). travel is the exception contemplated in section k) of
the aforementioned OM (non-essential trips of vaccinated people) must provide the vaccination certificate.
What documentation / form should I fill out?
All passengers arriving in Spain by air or sea, including those in transit and children under 6 years of age, must complete a health
control form before departure through the website [Link] or the Spain Travel Health app. The completion of the form generates
an individualized QR code that the traveler must present to the transport companies before boarding, as well as at the health controls at
the point of entry to Spain.
What are the health checks on arrival?
They will include at least temperature taking by means of non-contact thermometers or by thermal imaging cameras; a documentary
check and a visual check on the status of the passenger. Passengers with an EU COVID Digital Certificate and those from countries not
considered risky (both European and third countries) will obtain a FAST CONTROL QR code that gives access to more agile health
controls, since they will not have to show the certified neither in the boarding nor in the sanitary control on arrival.
Upon confirmation or suspicion that a passenger may suffer from COVID-19, the established communication protocols with the health
services of the Autonomous Communities will be activated for their referral and follow-up.

7 HAZİRAN İTİBARİYLE İSPANYA’YA GİRİŞLERDE UYGULANACAK YENİ SAĞLIK TEDBİRLERİ
Türkiye’den İspanya’ya seyahat ediyorum, girişte aranan şartlar nelerdir?
1) Aşı belgesi ile
7 Haziran’dan itibaren Türkiye’den İspanya’ya girişlerde, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yetkili makamları tarafından,
aşılanma sürecini tamamlamak için gereken, son uygulanan aşı dozundan 14 gün sonra düzenlenmiş bir aşı
belgesi. Kabul edilen aşılar, Avrupa İlaç Ajansı’nın onayladıkları veya Dünya Sağlık Örgütünün acil kullanım
onayını alanlar olacaktır. Şu anda ilgili aşıları üreten firmalar Pfizer-Biontech, Moderna, Astra-Zeneca,
Jansen/Johnson&Johnson, Sinovac ve Sinopharm’dır.
İspanyolca, İngilizce, Fransızca veya Almanca düzenlenecek aşı belgesi, en az aşağıdaki bilgileri içermelidir:

Belgeler İspanyolca, İngilizce, Fransızca veya Almanca düzenlenmelidir. Belgenin bu dillerde düzenlenememesi
halinde, belge, resmi bir kurum tarafından yapılmış İspanyolca’ya çevirisi ile birlikte sunulmalıdır.
2) Aşı belgesi olmaksızın
Aşı belgeniz yok ise, şimdiye kadar olduğu gibi, İspanya’ya girişinize ancak aşağıda belirtilen istisnai durumlarda izin
verilecektir:
3) Avrupa Birliği, Schengen üye ülkeleri, Andorra, Monaco, Vatikan veya San Marino’da oturum izni olanlar ve
o ülkeye gittklerini belgeleyenler
4) Üye Devlet veya Schengen ülkesi tarafından verilmiş uzun dönem oturum izni olanlar ve o ülkeye gidenler.
5) Çalışmak için giden veya çalışmaları tamamlandıktan sonra dönen sağlık araştırmacıları dahil olmak üzere,
sağlık çalışanları ve yaşlı bakım profesyonelleri.
6) Taşıma personeli, denizciler ve havayolu taşımacılığı faaliyetlerini sürdüren havayolları personeli.
7) Görevleri kapsamında Diplomatik, konsolosluk, uluslarası örgüt, askeri, sivil koruma ve insani örgüt
personeli
8) Üye Devlet veya Schengen ülkesinde öğrenim gören ve uzun dönem vizesi veya oturum izni olan ve
öğrenim alacakları ülkeye giden ve ülkeye girişleri akademik takvim dahilinde veya önceki 15 gün içerisinde olan
öğrenciler. Varış ülkeleri İspanya olması ve kalış süreleri 90 güne kadar olması halinde, öğrenimlerini, ilgili idari birimde
kayıtlı, İspanya’da onaylı bir merkezde alacaklarını ve bu tam zamanlı ve devam zorunluluğu olan program akabinde bir
diploma veya sertifika alacaklarını belgelendirmelidirler.
9) İspanya'da gerçekleştirilen üst düzey spor etkinliklerine katılanlar da dahil olmak üzere, çalışması şart olan
ve ertelenemeyen veya uzaktan yürütülemeyen yüksek vasıflı işçiler. Bu koşullar belgelendirmelidir.
10) Usulüne uygun olarak belgelendirilmiş zorunlu ailevi nedenlerle seyahat eden kişiler.
11) Mücbir sebep veya ihtiyaç nedenlerini belgeleyen veya insani nedenlerle girişine izin verilen kişiler.
12) Doğrudan o ülkeden gelmeleri veya listede bulunan diğer ülkelerden tranzit etmeleri veya listede
bulunmayan ülkelerin havalimanlarında yalnızca uluslararası tranzit yapmaları halinde, ekli listede yer alan üçüncü
ülkelerde ikamet edenler. Çin, Hong Kong Özel İdari Bölgesi (ÖİB) ve Makao ÖİB'de ikamet edenler için mütekabiliyetin
doğrulanması gerekmektedir.
Ayrıca, aşağıdaki iki sertifikadan birini sağlamanız gerekir:
a)Teşhis sertifikası: İspanya'ya varıştan önceki 48 saat içerisinde düzenlenmiş Negatif PCR testi veya benzeri
(NAAT tipi) veya Avrupa Komisyonu ortak listesinde yer alanlardan negatif antijen testi Europea ([Link]
[Link]/devices#form_content) ve aşağıdaki bilgileri içermelidir:

b) İyileşme belgesi (hastalığın geçirildiğine dair kanıt): pozitif sonuçlu NAAT tipi ilk teşhis testinin (PCR, TMA, LAMP ve
benzeri) yapılmasından en az 11 gün sonra yetkili mercii veya tıbbi kuruluş tarafından düzenlenmelidir. Sertifikanın
geçerliliği, numunenin alındığı tarihten itibaren 180 gün içinde sona erecektir. En az aşağıdaki bilgileri içermelidir:
1. Belge s sahibinin Adı ve Soyadı
2. SARS-CoV-2 pozitif teşhisli testin örnek alım tarihi.
3. Yapılan NAAT test türü.
4. Belgeyi düzenleyen ülke.
Sertifikalar İspanyolca, İngilizce, Fransızca veya Almanca olarak düzenlenmelidir. Belgenin bu dillerde
düzenlenememesi halinde, belge, resmi bir kurum tarafından yapılmış İspanyolca’ya çevirisi ile birlikte sunulmalıdır.
ÇOCUKLAR HAKKINDA BİLGİ
• AB / Schengen Bölgesinden gelen çocuklar:
- 12 yaşından küçük çocuklar: her türlü sertifikayı sunmaktan muaftır.
- 12 ila 18 yaş arası çocuklar: Kabul edilen 3 sertifikadan herhangi birine sahip olmaları gerekir (aşılama, negatif test veya
hastalığın üstesinden gelme)
• Diğer ülkelerden gelen çocuklar:
- 12 yaşından küçük çocuklar: her türlü sertifikayı sunmaktan muaftır.
- 12 ila 18 yaş arası çocuklar: OM 552'nin istisnai nedenlerinden biri altında seyahat ediyorlarsa, kabul edilen 3 sertifikadan
herhangi birine (aşı, negatif test veya hastalığın üstesinden gelme) sahip olmaları gerekir. Seyahat, yukarıda belirtilen OM'nin k)
bölümünde öngörülen istisnadır (aşılanmış kişilerin zorunlu olmayan seyahatleri) aşı sertifikasını sağlamalıdır.
¿Hangi belge veya formları doldurmam gerekir?
İspanya'ya hava veya deniz yoluyla gelen, transit yolcular ve 6 yaşından küçük olanlar da dahil olmak üzere
tüm yolcular, seyahatlerine başlamadan önce [Link] web sayfasından veya Spain Travel Health app
üzerinde bir sağlık kontrol formu doldurmalıdır. Formun doldurulunca, sistem otomatik olarak kişiselleştirilmiş bir QR
kodu oluşturur. Bu QR kodunu, yolcunun biniş yapmadan önce taşıma şirketine ve ayrıca İspanya'ya giriş
noktasındaki sağlık kontrollerine sunması gerekir.
Varıştaki sağlık kontrolleri nelerden ibarettir?
Temassız termometreler veya termal görüntüleme kameraları aracılığıyla sıcaklık ölçümü içerecektir; yolcuların sağlık
durumu hakkındaki belgeler incelenir ve yolcuların fiziki durumunun görsel bir değerlendirmesi yapılır. AB COVID Dijital
Sertifikası olan ve riskli sayılmayan ülkelerden (hem Avrupa hem de üçüncü ülkeler) gelen yolcular, QR FAST CONTROL
kodu alırlar ve bunun sayesinde, ne biniş ne de varıştaki sağlık kontrolünde belge göstermeleri gerekmeyeceği için, daha
hızlı bir şekilde sağlık kontrolünden geçebilirler.
Bir yolcuda COVID-19 olabileceğine dair bilgi veya şüphe olması halinde, sevk ve takibi için Özerk Toplulukların
sağlık hizmetleriyle kurulan iletişim protokolleri etkinleştirilecektir.
