Ingredientes:
✓ 2-3 cebollas grandes, cortadas en aros.
✓ 1 taza de harina.
✓ 1 taza de leche.

Preparación:

cebolla hasta que estén dorados y crujientes, aproximadamente 2-3 minutos.

POLLO ASADO
Ingredientes:
✓ 1 pollo entero de 2 kilos, quitando el cuello y menudillos de la
cavidad.
✓ 15 Ml. (1 cucharada) de aceite de oliva.
✓ Sal.
✓ Pimienta negra molida.
✓ 1 limón mediano.
✓ Hierbas frescas (perejil, romero, o tomillo).
Preparación:
✓ Calentamos el horno al 220ºC y ponemos la rejilla en el medio del horno.
✓ Secamos el pollo con papel de cocina. Quitamos la grasa que hay en exceso.
✓ Rociamos el pollo con el aceite de oliva y lo sazonamos con sal y pimienta por
dentro y por fuera.
✓ Ponemos el limón y las hierbas dentro del pollo. Ponemos el pollo en una
bandeja con la pechuga hacia arriba.
✓ Asamos el pollo unos 15 minutos. Reducimos la temperatura a 190ºC y seguimos
asándolo hasta que el interior del muslo esté a 75ºC, unos 50 minutos o más.
✓ Quitamos el pollo del horno y lo dejamos enfriar unos 15 o 20 minutos antes de
cortar y servir.
