En Tejas Verea fabricamos teja curva, teja “S” y teja plana; todas ellas de extraordinaria calidad. Cada uno
de los tres formatos está disponible en una amplia gama de acabados y medidas que se adaptan perfecta-
mente a los diferentes tipos de soporte bajo teja. Además, contamos con un sistema de instalación propio y
homologado, el Verea System, y comercializamos todos los materiales necesarios para la perfecta instala-
ción y acabado de un cubierta microventilada de teja cerámica.

in 1967. An exhaustive control of raw materials and a sophisticated completely robotic manufacturing process,
allows us to ensure a product that exceeds all the standards of quality.

At Tejas Verea we manufacture barrel roof tile, “S” roof tile and flat roof tile; all of them of extraordinary
quality. Each of the three formats is available in a wide range of finishes and sizes that are perfectly adapted
to different types of under-tile support. In addition, we have our own approved installation system, the Verea
System, and we market all the materials necessary for the perfect installation and finishes of a micro-ventilated

Las tejas Verea presentan un elevado SRI (índice de reflectancia solar), permitiendo la ejecución de cubiertas
“Cool Roof”: techos con un alta reflectancia solar y emisividad térmica, que contribuyen a reducir el efecto
“isla de calor urbana” y mejorar la eficiencia energética de la cubierta reduciendo el consumo energético de

bilidad superando más de 500 ciclos de hielo-deshielo, en ensayos certificados en laboratorios externos
homologados por AENOR.

designed to withstand the most adverse climatic conditions, they have demostrated their durability by excee-
ding more than 500 ice-thaw cycles, in tests carried out in external laboratories approved by AENOR.

Las sales que transporta la brisa marina en zonas de costa se introducen en las tejas, provocando en su
secado la cristalinización de las mismas. Este proceso origina tensiones que pueden dar lugar a roturas o
desconchamientos.
La estructura interna de las tejas Verea permite la cristanilización de estas sales, sin que las tensiones gene-
radas alteren lo más mínimo sus propiedades.
