Actividad N⁰ 1

Nombre: EL BOLICHE
Edad: Desde los 5 a 10 años
Objetivo: Desarrollar el auto control personal
Desarrollo de inteligencia individual.

Materiales
 Cuerpo Espacio físico
 Un vaso plástico
 Una bola de plastilina Cordón

Participantes: 1 jugador
Tiempo: 5 minutos

Desarrollo:

Primero se construye el boliche. Para ello en el fondo del vaso de plástico se hace un
pequeño agujero. Por él se introduce el cordón luego se realiza un fuerte
nudo para que no salga por el agujero del vaso.
Después se coloca en el otro extremo una bola de plastilina.

La finalidad del juego es encestar la bola de plastilina en el vaso haciendo un breve


movimiento con la mano para arriba que hace balanceo e impulsa la bola.

Si se juega solo basta con hacer los intentos hasta conseguirlo, y si se juega acompañado
debe contar los encestes conseguidos por cada uno.

El niño empezara a Desarrollar de la inteligencia individual, sexual, social.

Nombre: QUE HAY EN LA CAJA DE CARTÓN
Edad: Desde los 5 en adelante
Objetivo: Lograr el manejo de emociones desarrollando de la inteligencia individual y social.

Materiales

 Cuerpo

 Caja de cartón
 Objetos

Participantes: desde 2 jugadores


Tiempo: 5 minutos

Desarrollo:

Se hace un agujero en un lateral de la caja, lo suficiente para meter la mano. Un jugador sin
que le vean los demás, introduce un objeto (por ejemplo, un peluche, una pelota, un
cepillo).

Los demás por turnos deben introducir la mano en la caja y adivinar que hay en su interior.

Cada jugador tiene una sola oportunidad. El primero que acierte es el que gana.

Manejo de afectos, emociones, sentimientos.

 Pelota pequeña

Participantes: desde 2 jugadores


Tiempo: 3 minutos

Desarrollo:

TRABAJAMOS

Primero se pinta las botellas de agua pequeñas de distintos colores, luego se introduce
piedras pequeñas para que haya peso en las botellas.

Se coloca las botellas en una superficie plana las cinco botellas.

Los niños/as deben lanzar la pelota tratando de derribar las botellas el ganador es el que
derriba más botellas.

Beneficios:
Incremento a la autoestima, aceptación, confianza y seguridad en sí mismo.
