PASO 1
Su atención por favor, el Capitán nos informa que, debido a una falla en el equipo, debemos efectuar
un (aterrizaje/amaraje) en ________ minutos, por lo que les pedimos su cooperación y seguir
nuestras instrucciones.
Your attention please, the Captain informs us that due to a technical failure, we must make a
(landing/water landing) in ________ minutes. We ask for your cooperation and to follow our
instructions.
PASO 2
Retírense (zapatos,) alhajas, corbatas, dentaduras postizas, plumas o cualquier objeto
punzocortante y guárdenlos en los compartimentos superiores, quítense sus anteojos y llévenlos
consigo.
Remove (shoes,) jewelry, neckties, false teeth, pens or any sharp object and stow them in the
overhead compartments, take off your eyes glasses and carry them with you.
PASO 3
(amaraje)
Saquen el chaleco salvavidas de debajo de su asiento y colóquenselo en la forma que están
demostrando los sobrecargos. No lo infle hasta salir del avión.
Take out the life vest from under your seat and put it on as the flight attendants are
demonstrating. Do not inflate it until you leave the plane.
PASO 4
Si hay a bordo empleados de aviación, militares o voluntarios, pónganse en contacto con la
tripulación ahora.

now.
PASO 5
Todo su equipaje de mano deberá ser colocado en los compartimentos superiores, si no cabe,
déjenlo en el pasillo y nosotros pasaremos a recogerlo.
All your carry on luggage should be stowed in the overhead compartments, if it doesn’t fit, leave it
in the aisle and we will pick it up.
Coloquen el respaldo de su asiento en posición vertical, abrochen su cinturón de seguridad y
aseguren su mesita de servicio, los pasajeros sentados junto a las ventanillas favor de abrir las
cortinillas.
Place the back of your seat in a vertical position, fasten your seat belt and stow your service table,
passengers sitting next to the windows please open the shades.
PASO 6
Observen ahora a los sobrecargos demostrar la posición que deberán adoptar cuando escuchen la
señal “IMPACTO”. Con su cinturón abrochado, inclínense hacia delante colocando la cabeza entre
las rodillas y sujétense los tobillos, si no pueden hacer esto, crucen los brazos y sujétense con
ambas manos del respaldo frente a usted, colocando la cabeza entre sus brazos.
Permanezca en esa posición hasta que escuche la orden “CINTURONES FUERA”
Please observe the flight attendants demonstrate the safety position that you will have to adopt
when you hear “BRACE”. With your seat belt fasten, lean forward putting your head between
your knees and grab your ankles, if you are unable to do this, cross your arms and grab the seat
back in front of you with both hands and place your head between your arms.
