POSITIVA:
Ejemplo:
I went to Buenos Aires last year.
1. Usualmente nosotros agregamos ‘-ed’ al
verbo.
Ej: start ------ started
2. Si el verbo termina con –e solamente
agregamos ‘-d’
Ej: smile ------ smiled
3. Si el verbo termina vocal + ‘y’ simplemente
agregamos ‘-ed’
VERBOS REGULARES Ej: stay ------ stayed
4. Si el verbo termina en consonante + vocal +
consonante, debemos duplicar la última
consonante y agregamos ‘-ed’
Ej: plan ------ planned
1. Si el verbo termina consonante + ‘y’
simplemente sacamos ‘y’ para agregar en su
lugar ‘i’, seguido de ‘-ed’
Ej: study ------ studied
1. En esta parte el verbo cambia por completo,
VERBOS IRREGULARES por lo que tendremos que recurrir a la lista de
verbos y aprenderlos de memoria. (La
segunda columna de la lista para el pasado
simple)
ESTRUCTURA
a) POSITIVA:
Ejemplo:
I danced with him in my birthday last year.
She went to the school last week.
They got an appointment at San Carlo’s hospital yesterday.
b) NEGATIVA:
Ejemplo:
I didn’t go to school last summer.
France didn’t win the world’s championship in 2022
They didn’t clean their own house since three days ago.
c) PREGUNTAS:
SHE / HE / IT
THEY / WE / YOU / I
Yesterday, then, when, How long ago…?, last night/ week/ month/ year/
Friday/ October etc, three days/ weeks/ ago etc, in 1999, etc.
