I. Almost love Sometimes we have a crush on a movie star or some other famous person, even though we have never met

A. In Salzburg Silvio talks about the city of Salzburg in Austria. Circle the der-words (der, die, das), and underline the

Salzburg ist sehr berühmt. Die Stadt ist aber nicht sehr groß. Warum ist die Stadt so berühmt? Der

D. Plural or singular? The die-word both indicates feminine grammatical gender and also plural. What other element in a
sentence can help us to differentiate between singular and plural?
E. Salzburg Silvio is talking about his favorite city Salzburg. Fill in the blanks with the der-word that corresponds to
each noun gender.
Universität (f) in Salzburg ist relativ alt - fast 400 Jahre! Aber Mozarteum (n) ist viel
