Passed the LL.B Examination in the year __________ and joined Mr. Aroon Advocate High Court/
Subordinate Court at KARACHI as a pupil with effect from 28-08-2024 under the Sindh Legal Practitioner &
Bar Council Rules-2017 do hereby intimate you accordingly.

FEE AND DOCUMENTS ATTACHED IN SUPPORT OF INTIMATION

1. Two Sets of Attested photo copiea of Matriculation, Intermediate Certificates, or O+ Level, A+ Level
Certificates, Graduation Degree as well as Clear/Passed Mark Sheets of LL.B Examination Part-I & Part II
and Admit Card of LL.B Part III Examination or LLB Degree / LL.B Provisional Certificate OR Marks Sheet
issued by the University. All such certificates/degree(s)/mark sheet(s) shall be sent tp the relevent authorities
for verification.

2. Payment Slip of Rs. 6000/- deposited on in the Habib Bank Limited in the Collection A/c of Sindh Bar
Council as Intimation Fee.

(i) Payment Slip of Rs. 4000/- amount for verification of Educational Certificates from concerned department.

3. Rs. 3000/- in the Sindh Bar Council Building Fund A/c No. 5222-0

4. Photo Copy of Identy Card of Senior Issued by the Sindh Bar Council for Verification of Enrollment Date.

5. Photo Copy CNIC of the Pupil / Applicant.

enrolled as such on 13-08-2010 under Registration No. 13731, do hereby certify that I have taken Mr.
SARFRAZ ALI S/O Zameer Hussain as a pupil under the Sindh Legal Practitioners & Bar Council Rules-
2017, with effect from 28-08-2024. I further certify that I have been entitled to practice in the High
Court/Lower Courts for a period of not less than 10 years and undertake that neither I am in arrears of the Bar
Council nor have more than three pupils during the time of his/her pupillage. Further, as far as my knowledge
and belief are concerned, I certify that the pupil is not engaged in any business, profession, vocation, or
