Der eingestellte Wert kann mit der Fest- stellmitter Pos. 9 gesichert werden. Das Hubgetriebe ist mit einer Fettfiillung versehen. Bin Fettwechsel sollte nach ca. 4000 Betriebsstunden erfolgen. Fett- marke: Kltiber Struktovis P [Link] Fett darf nicht mit mineralischen Fetten vermischt werden. Verunreinigungen in den Ventilen kénnen nach dem Herausschrauben der Ventile durch Ausspiilen entfernt werden. Zum Austausch der Antriebsmembrane Pos. 21 wer— den die Schrauben Pos. 31 entfernt und der PumpenkSrper Pos. 27 abgenommen. Die Antriebsmembrane kann jetzt aus der Schubstange herausgeschraubt werden. Beim Anbau des Pumpenkirpers mu die Antriebsmembrane auf mittlerem Hub stehen, Bei einen Dauerlauf der Pumpe kann der Motor eine Oberfldchentemperatur von ca. 65° erreichen. When installing the drive diaphragm make sure that the pressure plate, item 19, is in position. when mounting the pump body the drive diaphragm must be in medium stroke position.
