Following documents you can prepare before coming to Germany:
MBBS certificate (Diplom als Ärztin/Arzt)
Certificate that contain every subjects from 1st- 5th yr. with how many hours you
did and mark-sheets (Fächerliste mit Angabe der Einzelnoten)**
Internee ending certificate
BMDC certificate (ggf. Lizenz, Registrierung – sofern im Ausbildungsland als
Nachweis des Ausbildungsabschlusses erforderlich)
**You can collect this one from student-section from your medical college.
Following documents you need to collect short before submit (because they are only 3
months valid):
Certificate of good standing from BMDC ( berufsrechtliches Führungszeugnis von
der Ärztekammer oder der Gesundheitsbehörde im Ausbildungsland)
Police verification certificate from your home district (Polizeiliches
Führungszeugnis/Strafregisterauszug/criminal record aus dem Land Ihres letzten
gewöhnlichen Aufenthaltes/Ausbildungsland )**
**Those who are living outside Berlin-better to collect this certificate from Bangladesh,
because the process of applying from Germany is complex and also time consuming. Apply
online and then collect from Bangladesh. You can find more information about issuing this
certificate from internet.

Birthcertificate( Geburtsurkunde )
Marriage certificate & Nikah-nama ( Heiratsurkunde/Namensänderungsurkunde,
sofern sich Ihr Name geändert hat)- if applicable
1st page of passport or/and identity card (1. Seite des Reisepasses oder
Aufenthaltstitel)
Deutsch B2 & FSP/PKT certificate (Sprach-Zertifikat GER-B2 des Goethe-
Instituts oder der telc GmbH und sofern bereits vorhanden, das
Fachsprachenzertifikat C1 Medizin)
Police verification certificate from your residing city of Germany (Polizeiliches
Führungszeugnis/Strafregisterauszug)
Filled up registration form -you can find this in website of regarding authority of
your state (Antrag auf Approbation)
CV ( Aktueller tabellarischer Lebenslauf, vollständig ab der ersten Schule bis heute
mitAngabe Monat/Jahr und dem Aufenthaltsort, persönlich unterschrieben mit
Datum)
Medical certificate from your Hausarzt (valid for 14 days)
City registration (Meldebescheinigung)
Job contract (if applicable)
Job contract of spouse(if applicable)
Though our certificates are always in English, so they are accepted here in state Hessen. &
I was lucky enough to be exempted from those translating issues. In some states
certificates are needed to be translated into German.
