SOLENOID VALVE

1 Cont. blowing in [Link] 1) Check coil to ensure correct operation.

2) Close and re-open air supply to filter 3 - 4 times.
3) If operation 2 is not effective, dis-assemble the solenoid valve.
4) Loosen split-pin "A", dis-assemle coil "B" taking care to see that pin
"C" does not fall and ensure that it slides smoothly.

Check the seating to ensure it is clean and refit the valve.

MAGNETVENTIL

Nr. Problem Lösung

1 Dauerluftstrahl Magnetventil 1) Spule auf korrekte Funktion prüfen.

2) Luftzufuhr zum Filter 3 - 4 Mal schließen und wieder öffnen.
3) Falls Vorgang 2 unwirksam, das Magnetventil ausbauen.
4) Splint "A" herausziehen, die Spule "B" ausbauen; dabei darauf achten,
daß der Bolzen "C" nicht fällt; daraufhin prüfen, ob Bolzen einwandfrei
gleitet.
Außerdem sicherstellen, daß Sitz sauber ist; schließlich alles wieder
einbauen.

2 Magnetventil öffnet nicht 1) Sicherstellen, daß Spannung von der Elektroniksteuerung bis zur Spule
gelangt.
2) Siehe Störung "Dauerluftstrahl Magnetventil" Punkte 3-4.

LEITERPLATTE

1 Kein Betrieb A) Wenn die LED-Anzeige nicht aufleuchtet:

1) Prüfen, ob an den Klemmen Spannung anliegt
2) Die Funktionstüchtigkeit der Sicherung F2 prüfen (muß sie ersetzt
werden, unbedingt eine Sicherung vom gleichen Typ und Wert benutzen).
B) Wenn die LED-Anzeige aufleuchtet:
1) Prüfen, ob Freigabesignal vorliegt
(Nach Anschluß der Klemmen R-S-T mit einem Voltmeter das Vor-
handensein der Spannung an diesen Klemmen prüfen).
2) Die Leiterplatte funktioniert richtig, wenn jedes Klemmenpaar (V -
Stromlaufplan) eine Spannung von 24 V (GS) aufweist.

ELECTROVANNE

N° Problème Solution

1 Souffle continu électrovanne 1) Vérifier le fonctionnement correct de la bobine

2) Fermer et rouvrir l'alimentation d'air au filtre 3 - 4 fois
3) Si l'opération 2 se révèle inefficace, procéder au démontage de l'élec-
trovanne.
4) Enlever la goupille "A", démonter la bobine "B" en faisant attention à
ne pas faire tomber l'axe "C", puis vérifier le coulissement de cet axe.
Vérifier aussi que le siège est sans impuretés et remonter l'ensemble.

2 L'électrovanne n'ouvre pas 1) Vérifier dans le panneau électronique que la tension arrive à la bo-
bine.
2) Voir défaut "souffle continu électrovanne" points 3-4.

1 Ne fonctionne pas A) Si la diode ne s'allume pas :

1) Vérifier la présence de tension d'alimentation sur les bornes
2) Contrôler l'état du fusible F2 (en cas de remplacement utiliser un

B) Si la diode s'allume:
1) Contrôler la présence du signale d'activation (avec les bornes R-S-
T branchées, vérifier avec un voltmètre la présence de tension sur
ces bornes).
2) Le fonctionnement correct de la carte est vérifiable par la présence d'une
tension de 24 V (c.a.) sur chaque paire de bornes (V - schéma électrique)

ELETTROVALVOLA

N° Problema Soluzione

1 Soffio continuo elettrovalvola 1) Verificare il corretto funzionamento della bobina

2) Chiudere e riaprire l’alimentazione d’aria al filtro 3 - 4 volte
3) Nel caso in cui l’operazione 2 si riveli inefficace, procedere allo
smontaggio dell' elettrovavola.
4) Sfilare la copiglia "A", smontare la bobina "B" facendo attenzione a
non fare cadere il perno "C" e verificare poi la perfetta scorrevolezza
del sudetto perno.
Verificare inoltre che la sede sia libera da impurità e rimontare tutto.

2 Elettrovalvola che non apre 1) Accedere al quadro elettronico e verificare che arrivi tensione al
particolare alla bobina.
2) Vedere anomalia "soffio continuo elettrovalvola" punti 3-4.

(collegati morsetti R-S-T verificare con un voltmetro la presenza di

2) Il funzionamento corretto della scheda si ha quando ogni coppia di
morsetti (V - schema elettrico) è presente una tensione di 24 V (c.a.).

FAULT FINDING
Minor problems can be solved without consulting a specialist. A list of the most common problems, with the probable
causes and possible remedies, is given below.
