Getting started
Access, agents, missing apps.
What is Cotlet?
Your own Chrome in the cloud for your AI agents. You sign in to apps that have no API, your agent works in them over MCP or REST.
How do I get access?
Sign up free and add your apps in the console. Then you sign in to your apps in your Cloud Browser, enable them for your agents and create your API key in the console.
Which agents does it work with?
Any MCP client: Claude Code, Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n and more. Scripts use the REST API.
My app is not in the catalog.
Search for it on the integrations page and press Request. No account needed. Sign up to count it toward what we build next.
Who gets access?
Anyone can sign up. Apps are granted per account: you request each one in the console.
Connecting apps
Cloud Browser, sign-in, 2FA, access.
How do I connect an app?
Open your Cloud Browser in the console: your own Chrome in the cloud. Sign in to the app there yourself, then press Enable for agents, read only or read and write.
What is the Cloud Browser?
Your own Chrome that runs on our servers in the EU, one window per app, on a residential IP in the country you choose. We switch the IP if it gets slow, which can sign you out of some sites. It sleeps when nobody uses it and wakes in seconds, so your agents can work in your apps 24/7, even when your computer is off.
Do you store my password?
No. Password saving and autofill are off in your Cloud Browser, so we never save your password. The signed-in profile is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
Does my agent click in my browser?
Not for tools: they send the same requests your browser would, from its IP with its cookies, and each one is listed in your Background activity. When no tool does the job, your agent can drive the browser itself over Chrome DevTools, billed per minute.
What about 2FA and CAPTCHAs?
You pass them yourself when you sign in. We never solve CAPTCHAs or bypass MFA.
What happens when an app signs me out?
The call returns AUTH_EXPIRED with a link to your Cloud Browser, and we email you. Sign in to the app there again; we never log in for you.
What can the agent do in my account?
Only the apps you enable for agents, each read only or read and write. Posts and messages wait for your OK by default.
How do I revoke access?
Press Disable for agents next to the app, or sign out of it in your Cloud Browser. Reset browser in Settings deletes the whole profile.
Credits and billing
What you pay, and when.
Do I pay anything now?
No. Nothing is charged unless you buy a credit pack. Every account starts with a free 7-day trial and 2,000 credits, no card needed. It starts when you sign up.
How are credits counted?
Credit packs from $29 for 5,000 credits, one-time, no subscription. A successful call uses 10 to 100 credits (10 for most tools, about $0.04 to $0.06), your Cloud Browser uses 50 credits a day while it has an app enabled for agents, however many apps that is, and an agent driving the browser itself uses 5 credits a minute.
Do failed calls cost credits?
No. Only successful calls are charged; a failed call costs nothing.
What happens when credits run out?
Calls and your Cloud Browser pause at once. Buy a credit pack in the dashboard and resume in one click; we email you when your balance runs low.
Do unused credits expire?
After 12 months. Packs stack, we use the credits that expire first, and we email you a week before any expire.
Can I get a refund?
Billing errors are refunded in full. Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK can withdraw within 14 days of buying a pack and get back the price of the credits they have not used. Details: cotlet.dev/refunds.
Is it a subscription?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Security and privacy
Your data, our limits.
Do you keep my data?
No. Data passes through a call to your agent. We keep no payloads after the call ends.
Can the AI model see my login?
No. The agent calls tools; logins and cookies stay in your Cloud Browser and never reach the model.
Which apps will you never automate?
Banks without a licence, LinkedIn, Instagram, and any app that sent us a cease-and-desist.
What if an app owner objects?
We pause the integration within 24 hours for everyone and refund the affected credits.
Is Cotlet affiliated with these apps?
No. Cotlet is unofficial and not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any app in the catalog.
Troubleshooting
Errors your agent may report.
My agent says AUTH_REQUIRED.
The app is not signed in or not enabled for agents yet. Open the link in the error, sign in to the app in your Cloud Browser and press Enable for agents.
My agent says CAPTCHA_REQUIRED or MFA_REQUIRED.
The app asked for a check. Open the link in the error and finish it yourself in your Cloud Browser.
My agent says SCOPE_DENIED.
The action is outside what you allowed. Switch the app to read and write in your Cloud Browser, or create a new API key with a wider scope in your dashboard.
My agent says BROWSER_SUSPENDED.
We suspended your Cloud Browser, for example after a breach of the acceptable use policy. Write to us through the contact page in the error.
A tool is missing from my agent.
Check the app is enabled for agents, then ask your agent to list tools again. Each connected app adds its tools.
An integration is paused.
Our tests, every 6 hours, found a problem. We pause it and fix it; failed calls cost nothing.
