KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
The Real Templar
THIS IS A NON-PROFIT APP:Some people aren't wise and fair to criticize this app like some commercial product. Wikipedia is non-profit and works entirely on the goodwill of others. If it fails to work for you, then politely inform them. You don't have to give them anything but they'll appreciate your patience. ADD/IMPROVE DONATE IN-APP:Wikipedia is a superstar. I've been wanting to donate from time to time. But the usual medium for donating is a bit tedious for people on the go. Now donations will increase substantially coz there is now an easy-to-find "donate" button. However, in-app purchases in Wikipedia Mobile can serve better as donating mechanism coz the button is already tied in with the user's bank account. If it isn't here yet, please put it.
Perfect app
Cautious_K
This app has become the most useful app for studying by far. 5 years ago, Wikipedia only contained few relevant information. Since then, it has grown to be highly reliable for professionals. I urge everyone to support Wikipedia.
Cannot create account
Robert Co
I love Wikipedia, I do, but I can’t use this app properly without setting up an account. It keeps saying my IP is blocked. It seems to be a blanket block because I can’t create one across multiple devices on multiple networks. I tried reporting a bug but it says I need an associated email, which needs an account. I tried the “request an account” thing which is supposed to specifically help my situation where there’s a blanket block but when I got to the actual form and submitted a request it still said my IP is blocked. WHAT. What is the point of that form and help page then??
