Bad customer service and recovery

I often lost my diamond in arena because suddenly my points only counts less than 100. When I complain they only want the proof(for their feedback) without giving any recovery service. By this experience i decided to unistall and deleted my account. The stress level of how their customer service handle this issue is not worth with game experience
