Minor update to Volume 2 with the following fixes:
- The price of Volume 2 was shown as higher than it actually is! Thanks to everyone who made me aware of that.
- Several German puzzles went missing because I messed up their animal class. Thanks, Andreas, for pointing this out!
- Improved German texts for the Danube Delta puzzles.
