Hi! This PR adds GitAgent Protocol (GAP) support to Swapper Toolkit — a small, open standard for portable AI agents (https://gitagent.sh).
Swapper Toolkit is already built as a first-class AI agent skill pack — this PR gives it the standard manifest to be discovered and run on any GAP-compatible runtime out of the box.
What this adds (nothing else changes):
agent.yaml— standard manifest: name, version, model, skills (swapper-deposit), runtime config, and compliance settings (includinghuman_in_the_loop: always— reflecting the safety-first, explicit-confirmation design already in the repo)SOUL.md— the agent's persona distilled fromCLAUDE.mdand the README: who it is, how it behaves, and its safety constraintsWith these two files, Swapper Toolkit can run on any GAP-compatible runtime (Claude Code, GitClaw, and others) and be listed in the Open GAP registry — helping more developers discover and install it via
