此前导出/部署「私有证书」只给叶子证书，缺少中间 CA，导致链不完整。现已新增并输出 fullchain（叶子+中间），导出包与部署流程统一使用，PFX 也基于 fullchain 生成，同时保留 cert.pem 兼容旧流程。
